We are a well-established and successful psychological therapy service based in Scotland, offering high quality interventions and treatment packages that support individuals and organisations. All Sessions are carried out online.

We accept self referrals and referrals from private medical insurance.

GROUPS AND WORKSHOPS
Compass Therapy provides effective and results driven therapeutic groups and workshops including, mindfulness, resilience, stress awareness programs, menopause workshop and Helen is a facilitator of the Prosocial model.

We try to be as flexible as possible but due to increased demand you may be placed on waiting list. Timings will be given following inital contact.
